MS Readathon 2017

Congratulations go to all those that took part and read in the 2017 MS Readathon. The dollars and cents have been counted and the winners are:

National Fundraising School

Huge congratulations to the students of Sydney Grammar School Edgecliff Preparatory School, for yet again achieving the highest accolade of National Highest Fundraising school. This amazing community also had the highest number of student taking part – 114!! And together they managed to raise $27,063 for all those people living with MS.! What an incredible achievement! To acknowledge and celebrate this incredible achievement, MS Ambassador Stephen Papadopoulos visited the school and presented trophies, medallions and certificates to those involved.

Lumen Christi Catholic Primary School in Victoria, was yet again the Highest Fundraising school in Victoria and second nationally, raising an impressive $10,175.20

And in third position came Castle Cove Public School in NSW raised a whopping $6614.00.

National Highest Fundraiser

Ten year old Makaira M from Victoria has again taken out the title of National Highest Fundraiser, raising a staggering $8,000.00. Gorgeous Makaira raises funds each year for her mum who lives with MS. Since first taking part in 2013, Makaira has raised over $30,000!! What a superstar!!
