I like this book because Anne is funny and I can picture what it looks like even if there are no pictures.

hilarious she and Diana is always is getting up to something funny i loved the ending

It was a great book

It was such a moving story. I was in tears by the end if it!

It was an amazing book to read and very fun.

I thought that Anne of Green Gables was a beautiful book with lovely words and characters. What I loved about it the most, was Anne's personality!

Anne of Green Gables is a classic book, it gets you gripped right from the start and it is truly wonderful , i would recommend it for maybe age 11 + (the theme is suitable for all ages but some words are pretty difficult) , I hope you enjoy and cherish this book as much as i did Show more Show less

Old-fashioned but interesting. Gets a bit tedious around the ending.

The first time I read Anne of Green Gables I was captivated by the dreamy, fiery red-head, Anne Shirley and her story. The way she went about her life and her positivity is admirable, go girl! I have read it multiple times since and will read it again.
I recommend this book and if you have already read it, the second book 'Anne of Avonlea.'

A lovely, heartwarming story about a girl called Anne Shirley who turns up unexpectedly to the Cuthbert's doorstep. I loved it!

Anne of Green Gables is an amazing book.

I love Anne,she always solves problems

I love hearing about her life and have read most of the other books.

I love this book because Anne is always up to mischief but always finds a way to resolve her problems.

This book is a classic. I like Anne, she gets into so many scrapes but then makes it all work out for good. I like reading about the olden days.
