Ballet Shoes

I want to be able to rate it higher than 2 stars as I really enjoyed the film adaptation (2007) with Emma Watson and Lucy Boynton. Yet it was flat and pale and except for Posy, I found the characters very one dimensional and lacking in personality that the actors brought to them in the film. Illustrations by Ruth Gervis also did nothing for me. Show more Show less
