A book ? about poaching
This book is ok cause it doesn't really have any characters but the dad does share lots of cool story's before bed.

This review is about the book Danny the champion of the world and it is also about a boy and his father living in a gipsy caravan behind a filling station.
One of my favourite Roald Dahl stories. It was very fun to read.
Danny was a homeless person with his dad but they lived in a old caravan and his dad was a poacher and Danny didn’t know that.one day the shooting party was coming up and then Danny thought of a idea and it worked!!!The shooting party was on now and there were no birds to shoot. Then the birds got drunk and could not fly up into the woods and then mr victor hazel drove by and he saw birds flying like they were drunk and then mr victor hazel started shouting at them and calling them idiots Show more Show less
it is nice to read the book it was fun
I liked the book because it featured 200 animals, and I love animals. I found the book quite funny because the people liked the pheasants, yet at the end of the year they shot them all. I recommend this book. Show more Show less
This is a 227 page book. The author is Roald Dahl. I found this book interesting, but it wasn’t that funny. This is what it says on the back of the book “A stodgy parent is no fun at all. What a child wants and deserved is a parent who is sparky”. Show more Show less
Danny the Champion of the World is a really good book! I think it is best for ages between 4 and 12. I loved Danny’s great idea about poaching pheasants, but I wouldn’t like to meet one of the keeper. Show more Show less
