George's Marvellous Medicine

This book is about a boy and his grandma. She is sort of a witch. I like this book because I like the story.

I really liked the book because George does everything that he was told by his Grandma. And because the author used phrases like "old plumped up lips" and "smaller than a bottle of lemonade".

This is a really good book and when I started reading it, I always noticed that it wasn't very dramatic and then that turned around. It is an exciting book where you never know what is going to happen. Show more Show less

really cool book, is a awesome story

I liked this book because it had an annoying grandmother and the grandson made a marvellous medicine that made her very tall.

I love this book. it was the second time i read it. my favourite part is when grandma drinks the medicine.

A really funny book about an eight year old boy that makes a special medicine for his cranky selfish grandma. I highly recommend this entertaining book by Roald Dahl :D

This book was pretty cool. Theres a boy called George, and he was going to make some medicine for his grandma. When he was making the medicine for his grandma, she jumped out of her chair, the medicine made her float and then she dropped and flopped back down. This book is a very short story you will need some imagination to understand.
