Kindness Makes Us Strong

I read this book at my sister's playgroup to all the kids.
It is very short but I think the kids liked it.

This is another children's book that is beautifully written and illustrated to show children that strength isn't just physical, but more importantly it is achieved through cohesion, celebrating diversity and respecting others. I am a mother of two young boys and it is incredibly important for myself and my husband to teach our sons to be gentle, caring and kind. This book does a wonderful job at providing examples of how we can all be kind. A great book of diversity and inclusion, the illustrations include a variety of people, both able bodied and disabled as well families that are culturally and ethnically diverse. Show more Show less
