A simple story about a little girl wanting a horse whom learns to be grateful for what she does have.

I like how Lucy loves horses so much everything in her room is horse theme the only thing she doesn’t have is a real horse instead she gets a pony called Hamish but she doesn’t really like him but Hamish loves Lucy very much and in the end she loves ponies too Show more Show less

I like this book because at first she doesn’t like the pony she gets for her birthday, she wanted a horse. At her birthday party she gets a ride on a big horse and doesn’t like it because it was too big, then she loves her pony and they become friends Show more Show less

This story was about Lucy and she thought she really wanted a horse, but when the day came to finally meet one, she wasn't so sure.
