Morrigan Crow escapes from her home in the The Republic with ginger haired Jupiter North. She is recruited for the Wonderous Society which is a sort of school but needs to pass trials to get into the school. One of the trials is the Running Trial. Morrigan rides Fenestra a Magnificat who lives with her at Jupiter's hotel, through the streets of Old Town, to tap a coloured post which will cover her with colour meaning she has passed the trial. She makes a friend with Hawthorne, who wants to be a Dragon Rider when he grows up in the Wonderous Society. Her new life is exciting and mysterious. This is a really good book. It is interesting, it has magic and there are also people who can make illusions. My favourite character in the book is Morrigan but Fenestra makes me laugh. Show more Show less

Morrigan Crow was born on an unlucky day. She is blamed for all the misfortunes. On the day before Eventide, Jupiter North appears whisking her away to Nevermoor. Morrigan will need to pass 4 difficult tests to stay in Nevermoor for good. This book was very intriguing and did not prolong like other books. After reading this book, I had a new take on magical fantasy which encouraged me to read the second book in the series ‘Wundersmith’. Show more Show less

This book is AMAZING. Just the right mix of fantasy, adventure, mystery and action. I thoroughly enjoyed this book, and I thought that the characters were believable characters with fun and different personalities. Morrigan herself is a wonderfully created character, sarcastic put mischievous, all the same. This book is insanely perfect and a great and worth-while read. Show more Show less

Nevermoor is a book for people that love mystery and magical worlds. If you feel the need to get out of the real world and into a new world Nevermoor is the book for you and the upside is that it has a second book and the third book is coming soon. Show more Show less

The book was weird but really good

I would recommend this to anyone who loved Harry Potter and the goblet of fire or Alice in wonderland.

it was really adventures i really enjoyed it the only thing I think it needs is pictures but other than that it was a really enjoyable book?
