Ninja Kid 2 - Flying Ninja

The town has e-virus and grandma created e-dust to stop e-virus. Nelson uses his solar power jet pack to spread the dust in the clouds.

It's very funny and it has a kid named Nelson and another kid named Kenny. They go on an adventure to save their school friends from Dr Kane who is trying to take over Duck Creek.
