Sam and the Turnips

50 stars - I really like the book. Sam’s dad helps him to find a solution and Sam
Is happy.

I thought this book was really mean at the start because he kicked the turnip and I didn't like that bit, then he ate his dinner and it looked really yummy, but I still don't think I would like turnips, but I still will try them when I am an adult.
When he got really hot it made him really angry. When he hammered his foot it made him cry- I didn't like that bit either. I liked it when he ate the turnips. Show more Show less
