A absolutely magical read

The Magic Finger was great like all the other Rohld Dahl books. I liked the story.

This book was amazing.

This book is about a girl, whose finger becomes magic when she gets angry and turns things she touches. I like this book because it is interesting and imaginative.

I really liked the magic finger because at the end Mr Greg changed his name to “Mr Egg”.

The narrator has the power to change people to creatures when she's angry. I gave this book five stars because the girl protect the ducks.

Having the magic finger pointed at you doesn't always end well!

For me, the best thing about this book was the excellent storyline and humour. I didn't really like the fact that there was hunting involved, as it isn't a nice topic. Although the book was good, I would like to know more about how and why she has the magic finger. I would recommend people 7-14, and for people who like a short, sweet read. Show more Show less

This book is funny. I like it when. She points her finger and her teacher turns into a creature with whiskers and a tail.

The magic finger is about a girl who can do what we all wish we can do and that is make things happen to the person you are angry with. the girl knows a family who shoots animals for fun and one day she is so angry about it that she gives them a taste of what it is like to be birds by using her magic finger. The family had to live as birds. They had to build themselves a nest and eat apples from trees while birds they had been shooting took over their house. In the end of the book the family apologise to them and stop shooting animals.
I like it because it is very exciting and you never know what is going to happen next. Show more Show less

I liked The Magic Finger because it was pretty funny. The girl who has the magic finger put the magic finger on the whole Gregg family and they turned into tiny little fairies. This is my favourite part. Show more Show less

Great book, I couldn't believe the Gregg family turned into wild ducks. I couldn't stop laughing about them carrying sticks in their mouths, it was hilarious!

I think this book was good because it was very funny, and I think people at the age of 7, 8 or 9 would really like this book. There is a girl with a magic finger and if she puts the magic finger on you, something weird or crazy might happen. Show more Show less

I chose five stars because it was the most hilarious and funniest story I have ever read.Even just one sentence blew me away.

This is a great roald Dahl its a good book for all ages and your parents can read it to you before bed and it has no chapters. I enjoyed this.

It is amazing that if you get angry at someone you can point your finger and the person or people you were angry at will be cursed.(I would love to do that to my brothers.)

Girl with magic finger and kills people

I love this book it's funny it's weird and i love Roald Dahl

this is a great funny book for ages 6 and above it is about a family that grows wings and their house gets taken over by ducks

I think that the book should have been longer. And there should have been chapters in the book.

An entertaining book that is nice for when you want something good to read

This book is really cool. The girl could shoot lightning out of her finger. She turned her teacher into a cat with whiskers and the Greek family had duck wings. It's a great funny book.

4 stars. I liked that she turned her teacher into a fox. When she's gets angry her face gets red and it was funny when her next door neighbours turned into birds.

I like this book because it has an interesting story line.

I loved this book. The storyline reminded me of another classic book of Roald Dahl. Very similar to Matilda. Worth having a read if you haven't already.

This wasn't my favourite Roald Dahl book, but it was a nice quick book for me before bed.

This funny book is about payback with a magic finger belonging to a girl. She got mad, she saw red and put the finger on the Greggs! It was a good fun read.

I enjoyed this book a lot. I liked when the Magic Finger was used, and did it’s MAGIC!
