Reynard (also known as Reynie) Muldoon, a mere orphan, is thrown together with 3 other kids that have special talents, just like himself. Constance Contraire (kind of), Kate Wetherrel and George (also known as Sticky) Washington. Then they meet Mr Benedict, and find out they must go on a very dangerous mission. They must stop the secret messages. Reynie knows it will be dangerous, but with Sticky, Kate and Constance. Or, not so much Constance, but with his new found friends by his side, he's sure he can overpower any villain. He knows he can do it. He just knows that Mr Benedict is a good person. He knows that Mr Benedict is someone he can trust. And he trusts Kate, Sticky and Constance. But the real question is, does he trust himself? Show more Show less
I like this book because it is full of adventure
I adored reading this book, the first chapter start confusing but I loved it in the end of course, it makes me wish I hadn't watched a little of the television series based off the book cause it ruins the surprise, none the less I really like this book with all the plot twists and excitement. This was a very interesting book which caught me on every turn. It had me pulled in throughout the book and kept me very tense. This book couldn’t have been better and is a good read for 10-14 year olds. ? Show more Show less
This book was very intriguing. I was hooked by the second chapter! Four children are on a mission to save the world! My favorite character was Kate the circus performer!
