The Second Best Friend is about a little girl who's name was Billie and she had a best friend since she was a baby.One day Billie saw a girl who's name was Rebecca and Rebecca asked "would you like to come to my place for a play ?" and Billie said "yes please". I liked what Rebecca's dad gave them for afternoon tea.
