one Step at a Time

I really like this book about an elephant that steps on a landmine and loses his leg. His owner Luk, also stepped on a landmine and had to get his leg amputated.
The reason I liked it so much is because it had a good ending; Instead of dying, they both ended up getting prosthetic legs and they lived. Show more Show less
